Why do you have Australian and European sizes?
Our shoes are manufactured in Brazil, and the sizes printed on the shoes are European, we have included the Australian sizes on the website to help you find the perfect fit.
When can I expect my shoes?
All the shoes we sell through the website, are in stock, we usually ship next business day. Depending on Australia Post this means that the shoe will arrive at your delivery address 2-6 days after you have placed your order.
How much is shipping?
We ship your order anywhere in Australia for a flat fee of $10, no matter the size.
Is it safe to buy through your website?
All payments are processed through Paypal, which is globally recognized for offering the world’s best buyers protection. We do not see or store your creditcard information.
What if the shoe I want is not available in my size?
Please contact us, and let us know what you were after, we will try to help you the best we can.
What if the shoe I ordered doesn’t fit?
If your shoe doesn’t fit you can return it to us, and we will send you a new one completely free of charge.
What if I am not happy with my new shoe?
That is just highly unlikely! But; If for some reason you are not completely happy with your new shoe, you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt, and we will refund you the full amount, less postage. The shoe must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, and in perfect condition.
Why is there no GST on my invoice?
Taygra Shoes Australia is still a small company, and we are currently below the threshold for GST registration. This basically means we don’t have to add GST to our sales, but also we cannot be refunded GST on our expenses.
I would like to sell Taygra shoes in my shop, can I buy bulk?
